Liquid Particles Counting (LPC)

LPC (Liquid Particles Counting) is a common method to display the particulate cleanness of material surface, and is also an effective tool to measure particle size and distribution of powder material. LPC technique utilizes laser to measure particle size distribution and count particle quantity by scattering and extinction mode. When a beam of laser shines the particles in liquid, the existence of solid particles will cause light scattering with different direction and intensity, and meanwhile the photodiode will detect the change of light energy, and then transform it into electricity signal (voltage pulse), which reflects the size and quantity of the particles.
